Conditions

To confirm bookings a 30% deposit ot the cost of the room is required.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days notice before arrival 15% of total
less than 60 days notice before arrival 30% of total
less than 30 days notice before arrival 50% of total
and cancellation before one week of arrival or early departure it is 100%

Check in is from mid day.
Check out by 12.00pm or later upon arrangement.
No Smoking Policy within the rooms.

Children

As obvious from the images, the tower is a medieval building on a mountain ridge, with terraces and steep drop offs, and is not suitable for children between 2 and 13 years unless supervised by parents at all times. It is up to parents to ensure they their children can behave well and do not disturb the other guests. If parents want their children to dine with them they must ensure the children can sit at table quietly and eat without disturbing the other guests. If the children are too young to do so they can eat earlier.

Wines

Wines are selected from small local producers to the Sagrantinos of Montefalco and Brunello of Montalcino. For those wishing to purchase their own wines there will be a corkage charge of €15 levied on bottles of wine / alcohol consumed within the public areas of the premises.
